Please provide us with the following information if you are interested in helping us care for the animals.

Please print off and fill in this page, indicating what type of membership you are
interested in, and your contact information. Send this completed form with your check or money order payable to Neighbours Alliance of North York for the amount noted beside the membership you would prefer.

The following memberships are available.

* Basic membership includes quarterly e-mailings of our newsletters.

* A Gift membership may be made as a unique gift for a friend or loved one in their
 name. Gift membership includes quarterly mailings or e-mailings of our newsletter,
and a greeting card indicating that a gift was made in their honour to care for the
animals. Please see the form.

* Active membership includes quarterly e-mailings of our newsletters, special
 notification of upcoming events, and a photo of one of our animals you are helping,
along with the animal’s personal story.

* VIP membership includes the same privileges as the active membership. In addition
 you will also be invited to any special meetings requiring voting from the membership,
 and will be kept up to date on our monthly activities via e-mails. You will be notified
 by special invitation of our annual open house, and the annual Christmas celebration.
 VIP membership also includes a pewter ornament with the farm logo designed for us
 by Atlantic Pewter and Glass, and only available through our farm.
